Can I return a vehicle?+
Every purchase includes a 3-day / 150-mile exchange policy, so you can be confident in your choice.
Do vehicles come with a warranty?+
Certified vehicles include a 90-day / 3,000-mile powertrain warranty. Extended service contracts are available on all vehicles.
Do you deliver out of state?+
Yes. We ship to all 48 contiguous states through insured carriers, typically within 3–7 days.
How does the trade-in process work?+
Submit your vehicle details online, receive an offer within one business hour, then bring it in for a quick 15-minute inspection.
Can I reserve a vehicle?+
Yes. Submit a reservation request on any vehicle page and we'll hold it for up to 48 hours with a refundable deposit.
What documents do I need to buy?+
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and — if financing — recent pay stubs and proof of residence.
